Day 8: Why I Coach-#SOL17

Today's slice of life visually represents some of the reasons why I am an Instructional Coach.  I have been a K-5 Instructional Coach in my building for three years now, and every day I'm learning, growing, and reflecting.  I am giving my all for what I love.  Much like being in the classroom, being a coach can have its fair share of challenges, yet more times than not, can also be incredibly rewarding.  You may have seen the #whyIteach hashtag on social media, so today I leave you with why I coach.
